The Christmas decorations were lovely and gave a festive feel. The free hot beverages at mid-afternoon were enjoyable, especially after a day of skiing. The location was convenient with a shop across the road for necessary items and easy access to the ski slopes. The staff was friendly and helpful when inquired about ski passes and transport.

The dinner selection was not great, with limited options to choose from. Breakfast was basic and could have been better in terms of quality and variety.

The value for money at this hotel is outstanding. With amenities such as flat screen TVs, hairdryers, and safes all included in the room rate, it's hard to find a better deal. Plus, the hotel's location directly opposite a large SPAR shop makes it convenient to stock up on essentials like tea and coffee.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location is perfect, directly opposite a large SPAR shop, which was very convenient. We also enjoyed lunch in the cozy restaurant and the hotel's proximity to the Grünberg ski slope made skiing with the family very convenient. The hotel's beautiful location surrounded by lovely nature was very peaceful. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast included in the price was amazing, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

The rooms could use a bit more soundproofing to prevent noise from neighboring rooms.
